River City Graphics is a design and print shop located in the Lynnhaven area of Virginia Beach. We offer a wide range of services and products, with unique capabilities in specialty finishes like soft touch laminates and foil, as well as free-form digital die cutting.

We take great pride in being a "one stop shop" by offering our customers a start to finish experience. From an initial consultation about your project, to creating a custom design, to production, to finally getting a finished product in your hands, we do it all.

river city history

Founded in 1971 by Cary Shreve, River City Graphics was originally located in Dumont, New Jersey. In 1999, Cary and his wife moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia where River City flourished in the Town Center area for just shy of 20 years.

In 2017, Cary sold River City to Greg Olson, owner of Rocket Media, and in 2018, River City relocated one more time to the Lynnhaven area of Virginia Beach, where we are today: 501 Progress Lane.

Today, ​River City is run by Graphic Designer and Executive Director, Amy Hux, who has been with River City since 2012.

Amy was born and raised here in Virginia Beach, where she lives with her husband and two sons. Her love of graphic design began in high school and of course the rest is history.
